| I'm with you Mike, I love cellaring booze. I don't drink as much as I buy and I surely don't drink as much as I brew. However I have a room mate who doesn't have the same problem, so he usually ends up drinking the homebrew that he and I make once it starts to fade. I'm the same with wine, I'll head to the store and pick up a bottle fully intending to drink it that weekend and then I notice it in the back of the cellar three years later untouched.
Tosylate,
I've never had "Brothers' Reserve - Prickly Pear Braggot". Once you try it post about it. I brew a lot of Braggot and think it is one of the most enjoyable beers to make and drink.

| I don't really want anything in return -- but, if you want to bring me something back from Cali, I doubt I'll be able to turn it down I still haven't had anything from Russian River -- so if they're available where you're going, and not very expensive, great... | |

| After viewing all the great beer cellars around I thought it might be nice to have an area of the forum deticated to trades. So if you have any beer wants/gots, post um up.
I guess it doesn't have to be limited to just beer. Homebrewing equipment etc would be welcome too.
Feedback is welcome. Cheers.

| Ed,
I would love to have you try my homebrew if your willing to give me some opinionated feedback. Right now all i have is an IPA that isnt already commited to the competition coming up. I made a porter last night that will be ready in a few weeks. I will be making an Amber and a Pale ale this week. I also have 15gal of an American stout i have just put into an oak barrel. So if you dont mind waiting a month or so Ill hook you up with a sampler pack.
