New blended whiskey from High West. This whiskey is a blend that is finished in French oak and port barrels. Only available at the distillery for about $86 with tax.

I got to sample it at a whiskey and food pairing. It is very tasty, there are big oaky notes, the port adds to the whiskeys sweetness and gives it a light vinious character.
