Can't say I'm surprised. I have a feeling had the beer been better more people from the Salt Lake City area may have made more trips out there. I know I would have.

I understand that they're trying to keep the brewing equipment in tact, so that it may still be resurrected as a brewpub again.

I mentioned it to the wife, she said "I'm not moving my ass to Tooele". So I guess I'm out. Do you think that there will be any takers?

Opening something like this is something I've toyed with in the back of my mind for some time, but I have to say it's absolutely terrifying.

My wife certainly wouldn't move her ass to Tooele either. I really hope that someone runs with this.

Did Tracks ever distribute to restaurants around? I'd never actually been there. It seems like as more and more events come to the sports park out there that maybe this place will get some more exposure? Wink

The Bayou had two or three taps of their stuff when they first opened. I think they dropped them after about a year. It wasn't very good and didn't sell well.

I'm sorry to see them close, yet I also never went there. The problem is that, just like everyone here, I never heard anything but bad about their beers. My wife would move to Tooele, why not, now I just need the one and a half million to buy it and the other half million to keep it open for a year or two. Hey, anyone have a few bucks to spare?
