For anyone who forgot, Thanksgiving is this Thursday. What is a great "Utah" beer that to pair with turkey along with the other tasty elements of the feast?

I bought a couple Utah Sage Saison's from Epic. Goes well with poultry.

Damn--Sage Saison sounds like a good idea.

I like Dubbels with Thanksgiving dinner, but as far as something "local", I'm not sure... Squatters Big Cottonwood, maybe? With pumpkin pie: I like something roasty, but not super sweet or heavy. We have a bunch of good choices there: Captain Bastard's, Baba, King's Peak, Polygamy Porter, Galloway Porter, Cherny Bock.
