Subject: Utah keg question Sat Feb 19, 2011 1:54 pm
Does anyone know the laws regarding kegging your own home brew? Are there any? Ultimately I would like to keg my own homebrew and take it tailgating at the football games. Think this would fly with the cops? It would be in a 5 gallon keg and there would be more than enough people around for the 72oz stipulation.
Just wondering if anyone knew.

Kegging is fine for home and private use. Once you bring them to public places your odds of getting it dumped go up. Best guess? hide it.

i take my 5 gal kegs boating. I just keep it a little quite. if you don't have any kegs yet Arts Brewing down town has them in stock and the best price you will ever see.
